The idea of writing this post came about while talking to Alicia Rodríguez about the topics to be discussed in the regular collaboration that we carry out from the Neoattack Agency with SEMrush and of which we are very proud to be part of its enormous community and prestigious Blog.
Alicia told me that the topic of commodities in Marketing was something that had not yet been discussed on the Blog (as surprising as it may seem, knowing the amount of content and topics that have already been covered).
Said and done, as soon as he presented the topic to me, I got that itch when a topic has substance and you know you can get the most out of it and score a good point.
But you may be wondering, what is this thing about commodities that this guy is talking about and how can a marketing strategy be developed to promote them?
Don't worry, below I will detail some tips indian email database and interesting information to take into account from a marketing point of view prior to explaining the concept of "Commodities".
I will also propose different strategies that can be carried out in this area so that you can get ideas for your projects.
I'm sure you'll find them very useful.
Commodity Strategies in Marketing
What are commodities?
Generally, commodities are products produced or already existing naturally (with or without processing) in large quantities that have a specific value or utility at a productive and commercial level.
The commodity concept refers to those generic, basic products with little differentiation and/or specialization between their different varieties intended for commercial use.
Simply put, when we talk about commodities, we are generally referring to products or brands that are so similar to each other in terms of price, appearance, quality, size, etc. that it is almost impossible to identify any difference between them.
