Personal branding is crucial for developing a new career path. Whether you are an employee or an entrepreneur, building a personal brand has become a very important part of your marketing strategy that will help you set the price you deserve.
Building a personal brand is a continuous process through which an image, an impression of someone is created in the minds of other people.
Your personal brand is a collection of your daily activities as well as your connections with other people and organizations.
Why is it important to build your personal brand?

Of course, building a personal brand takes some effort, a lot of action, and constant jumping out of your comfort zone. But let me tell you, it's worth the effort.
It's something that no one can take away from you and a great opportunity to share who you are, what your values are, what you believe in and what you want to give to the world. You can truly express yourself and your creativity.
Most of you will start on social media first , but I'm telling you right now that it won't be enough.
I highly recommend that you consider other channels as well.
I have prepared some tips to help you:
1. POST NEW USEFUL CONTENT REGULARLY
The emphasis is on REGULARLY . It's not necessary that every one of your posts will have the same reach. I often mention in my lectures how important algorithms are.
Create a strategy and a monthly plan for regular posting, this will create a habit and over time creating new content will become easier and without much pressure. If you thought: "No, I'm not up for that!", let me tell you that I was of the same opinion, but then I realized that I really enjoy performing.
4. “ASK ME ANYTHING”
If you want to involve your followers in building your personal brand, give them the opportunity to ask you anything. Interesting questions and interesting answers Even through such questions you can communicate who you are, what you believe in and what you want to give to the world.
5. RESPOND TO INVITATIONS FOR FREE LECTURES
I myself often responded to invitations to free lectures at the beginning of my career . A great resource for building a personal brand - especially if you are at the beginning of your business journey. I also built an email base at these lectures, as I always had a subscription form with me for e-newsletters or some free content.

6. BE ONE OF THE SPEAKERS AT CONFERENCES
If you have the opportunity, present yourself as a speaker at conferences. Conferences are a lot of people. They are also great for networking and new collaborations. And believe me, I was also afraid of public speaking, but I knew that this was a great opportunity to build my personal brand and recognition. So I overcame my fear and took to the stage. In the end, it turned out that my biggest fear became my biggest passion.
7. WRITE A BOOK
If you want to build a really strong personal brand , I suggest you write a book. This is also my wish, which I will soon make come true
