The consideration stage
When a prospect has something clearly defined and has given a name to their problem or opportunity, they have committed to researching and understanding all available methods and means to solve the defined problem or opportunity.

The decision stage
This is when a prospect has decided on their solution strategy, method or approach.

To make a campaign truly successful you need to know what works, what doesn't , and how to implement new solutions and improve in the most efficient way possible. And, again, the only way to do this is by taking the time to analyze your work.

To understand this more thoroughly, I suggest you watch this video, made by Google, called “Micro-moments ” where they explain in a simple way how users search within their platform and how they make decisions.
