On May 4th and 9th, ACIL and Sebrae took retail entrepreneurs on a business mission through the Inova Olhar Project, which consists of guided visits to reference stores to provide entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs in the retail sector with a unique opportunity to learn about new ideas and actions that can improve customer service and experience.

Inova Olhar is a SEBRAE initiative that aims to boost innovation and competitiveness in companies by bringing new ideas and solutions to improve customer relationships.
In total, more than 20 entrepreneurs had the opportunity to closely monitor email list retail innovations and trends, learning hands-on from leading figures in the cosmetics, footwear, food, and other sectors.

"Through the visit, I learned that I can delight my customers through the experience, adding value, and not just fighting over price. Another point is that, by observing the product layout in the concept stores, I learned how I can improve my own offerings.

There will certainly be a lot of change here in the coming months," says Joeliza Oliveira, a businesswoman in the beachwear and intimate apparel industry.

Among the and recycling of materials, product customization, partnerships between companies to create new products, a pet-friendly space, as well as the presence of plenty of greenery and natural plants in the decor and an exclusive space for customers to customize gift packaging.

"Taking this tour was an enriching experience , and being in a group made it even more enriching because of the unique exchange of knowledge. In my store, I'm already implementing the pet-friendly concept and plan to make changes based on what I saw for upcoming holidays," comments Cláudia Fonseca, a businesswoman in the women's and maternity fashion sector. "Everyone already does the basics, the common things. I want to do things differently. I want customers to walk into my store and leave feeling fulfilled," she adds.
