the Boksi team just over three years ago, in 2021, and has since played a key role in the development of many important aspects of Boksi. He works on the Boksi product team as a Technical Support Specialist, where he focuses on addressing platform issues and developing new features.

Sebastian's workday often begins with reviewing the bug c level executive list report log, where he identifies any new, urgent issues on the Boksi platform. He then delegates these tasks to different team members who have the best expertise for each function. When there are no urgent requests, Sebastian can focus on developing new features or working on unresolved bugs.
"My work is varied and constantly presents me with new challenges. Working on bugs gives me the opportunity to find long-term solutions and improve the usability of the platform," says Sebastian.
