The 3 areas of work that every SEO consultant should know and work on NOW

Post by pappu6327 »

Being visible on Google is the goal of many people, but to achieve this, we have to be up to date with the latest developments in the world of SEO. To do this, we must ask ourselves: How does SEO work today? What are the REAL pillars that we must take into account to work on it effectively?

On April 6, 2019, we celebrated the Third Edition of PRO Marketing DAY , an event dedicated to the world of Digital Marketing in which we were able to enjoy presentations focused on different topics such as SEO, Online Advertising, Branding, Content Marketing or YouTube.

This time we had the opportunity to have Luis Villanueva , SEO expert and founding partner of Webpositer, with us. He explained and detailed the 3 areas of work necessary for a website to rank organically between Google, users and SEOs.

Below is the video of his presentation:

Luis began his presentation by asking the audience how many times they australia telegram lead heard the following statement: “SEO has changed a lot in recent years . ”

He explained that, although we still hear this phrase on a regular basis, there are SEO techniques that began to be implemented years ago and that, to this day, continue to work. And to illustrate this, he referred to 3 years ago, when at an Agency Meeting he shared 5 effective SEO techniques that he said would last over time.

The techniques that the expert SEO consultant referred to are:

Create and maintain fresh, up-to-date content .
Make it evergreen by removing dates.
Create content that answers the questions users ask in the search engine.
Take care of internal linking and anchoring , to distribute the force between different URLs and provide these URLs with coherent semantics.
Optimize content authority as your site grows and becomes larger.
In this way, Luis answered the question he himself had raised at the beginning of his presentation by stating that none of these techniques have changed. They are all still effective.

And he insisted that SEO is changing little by little, thanks to both the users who use the search engine and the SEOs themselves. Which doesn't mean that we should abandon the techniques that have been working for us until now. We should complement them with new ones.

Google: a key aspect for positioning

After this first introduction, Luis referred to Gary Illyes and John Müller, two of the Google representatives who give recommendations to improve SEO. Some of the ideas that can help us to position better are: thinking about mobile devices, increasing loading speed or giving importance to links and content.

We must keep in mind that Google learns from everything and tries to respond better and better to user searches. So we must also adopt this path.
