Víctor Díez Retolaza : «Man's mission in the world from a new perspective»

We need time to think about what we have heard and not let it be forgotten, but rather to look for concrete details to apply it to. Then, it is only a matter of remembering that objective or principle that moves us, examining our conscience to check that our actions are leading us towards it and looking for ways to correct our course to straighten out our efforts.
At this point in the game it is difficult to hear anything new, and dentist data Victor Küppers's is in the way of facing the eternal problem of man, between why are you here, what are you doing, where are you going... etc. His confident and novel way is his attraction.
Once again, the person prevails over his experiences and knowledge; those only add up, attitudes multiply the value of a person . And to keep that positive attitude alive, he invites us to go through a novel car wash, that of the oncology ward of a hospital. Congratulations! Küppers , Victor Küppers, my namesake.
Verónica Aimar : «We transmit energy through our attitude; our attitude originates from what we think»
Therefore, thinking about what we want to convey would close the feedback loop: thought + attitude + energy . So it is about knowing clearly what we want and focusing each daily action on it. With coherence + effort + good humor.
Philosophical and life concepts, developed through a familiar language and full of football stories (culé, for those wondering) was what an energetic Victor transmitted to me, helping me to remember some, and to put them into daily practice, a task that is as difficult as it is rewarding.
Àlex Morell : « Being a better person through attitude and …what-I-can-do-for»
I would like to highlight 3 points that have stuck with me:
1) The value of a worker: (Knowledge + Skills) * Attitude
Given the example of the two candidates, one very well prepared, with experience but with a “dangerous” approach to the organization, and another, perhaps less prepared, with a very positive attitude, initiative, desire, commitment… It is very easy to make the decision… theoretically, since companies today seem to choose the first option rather than the second.
This leads me to reflect on people's CVs... why is the part that doesn't influence Attitude rewarded? Why do we spend 5/6 parts of the document explaining our C's and our H's , while we briefly mention something about A's (or wait to show them in a possible interview)? I think we have to change many things...
