The consortium aims to utilize big data held by companies and public institutions, and is a group that exchanges information and conducts research on data sharing between companies and organizations. OPT is seeking companies interested in collaborating on the theme of building predictive models to identify potentially useful data. The predictive models will be built using data provided by each company, open data, and social data, and will explore data highly correlated with KPIs and verify the accuracy of the predictions. The predictive models will be built using OPT's Deep Analytics service . Saito, head of the Data Science Lab, stated, "It's difficult to see trends in data exchange telegram number database without actually trying to model it," and outlined a concrete vision for the collaboration in the form of a subcommittee call for proposals.

The importance of telomere telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) during iPS cell induction has been elucidated
- hopes of elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying

iPS cell differentiation induction and cancer suppression - In a collaborative study with Assistant Professor Tsuyoshi Nagamatsu's research group in the Department of Human Genome Stem Cell Medicine, Applied Stem Cell and Medical Sciences, Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Kyushu University, we have elucidated the importance of telomere telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) during iPS cell induction.

This research result will lead to an understanding of the mechanism behind iPS cell establishment and the establishment of an efficient method for its establishment.

In this collaborative research, the Opto Data Science Laboratory was responsible for DNA microarray data analysis and data statistical analysis.
