Factor 2: Tips against procrastination in cases of self-regulation deficits
In this text I will give you a few general tips that can help you overcome self-regulation deficits such as time management and lack of discipline when writing a bachelor's thesis. You will do it! Here are my tips:

Please don't put pressure on yourself. It's easy: don't tell yourself things chemical manufacturers email lists like "I have to", "I should",... because that won't get you anywhere.
Start with the most unpleasant thing. Because it is often the case that it will usually be the most unpleasant task that you keep putting off.
If you are stuck in a dead end and are desperate, let your friends and carers help you with suggestions.
Don't distract yourself. In fact, you distract yourself more often than you are distracted!
Limit your time on social media, TV and mobile phones. Just turn everything off and get started! It doesn't matter if you're outside or turn on comets! You're going to write now!
