First, install the plugin in your WordPress admin area. To learn more, read our beginner’s guide on how to install a WordPress plugin.
Once you have done this, go to Capture Scroll Progress Bar in your WordPress dashboard. Now you will see some progress bar settings to set.
Using this plugin you can change the position of the progress bar from northeast phone number top to bottom. That said, if you prefer the normal top position, you can leave it as is.

Another element you can customize is the background color and foreground color.
The background color refers to the default color of the progress bar when the reader is not scrolling the page. On the other hand, the foreground color is the color that appears as the reader scrolls down the page.
The next point is Opacity, which controls the transparency of the background and foreground colors. Ranges from 0 to 1, where 1 is opaque and 0 is transparent or invisible.
You can then adjust the height and radius of the edge of the progress bar.
As for height, we found that the best number is between 1 and 8, but no higher. Otherwise, the progress bar may appear too large.
The border radius controls the rounding of the corners of the progress bar. If you don't like the look, you can enter "0".
The plugin now also allows you to decide in which templates the progress bar should be displayed: on the home page, on blog pages, on archives and categories, and/or on individual publications or pages.
