Innovation is an ingredient that, although intangible in nature, is absolutely essential for driving success within companies (and in all areas of life in general). Innovation in its corporate, media and political aspects is the focus of the Innovation Day that Serviceplan is organizing today in Munich (Germany).
The first to take the stage at Innovation Day this morning was Viviane Reding , former Vice-President of the European Commission (EC) and Commissioner for Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship of the European Union (EU).
In her speech, which revolved around the need to transform Europe, Reding began by giving the old afghanistan phone number continent a lecture on its desire to complain forever. "Europe is the world champion in complaining, I would like it to be the world champion in solving problems ," said the former vice-president of the EC.
"We Europeans must stop considering ourselves small and powerless and finally realize that we are great ," Reading emphasizes.

According to Reding, politics in Europe is first and foremost a politics of negotiation , but "unfortunately there are many who have not yet understood this concept."
