What I think about the offer

Post by mdsojolh444 »

The combination of products and services, clearly defined, would allow Inox Design a more powerful and differentiating value proposition. (edited)

What is said about identity

"Find the railing for your staircase or terrace, thanks to the tailor-made offer from Inox Design": A manufacturer identity that offers solutions adapted to each project. The 'Reasons To Believe' to this diversity of solutions: "The Widest Guardrail Manufacturer Offer on the Market."
What I think about identity

A pragmatic identity, based on tangible know-how. However, to be truly different, it lacks the definition of a vision for the brand (how InoxDesign positions itself in relation to the challenges of building guardrails), a mission (the role that the brand gives itself to embody its vision).
In the background, we can detect values linked to a guarantee of safety, choice and quality. These positions deserve more space in the brand's discourse.

About Trust

Many elements of reassurance which strengthen customer confidence chinese overseas australia database and compensate for the shortcomings linked to the online dimension of the offer.
These elements would benefit from being segmented to gain clarity – e.g. product design / configuration / after-sales service.

The site is clear to use overall!

The tabs and the search are done in a very classic way, therefore reassuring.

The most notable flaw is the lack of visual consistency and a clumsy identity, which perhaps lacks a stronger bias in the prioritization of the elements of the landing page.

The design actually lacks a strong bias.

For example :

The search bar, the advertising visuals and the "guarantees" bar all have a district identity. It would be better to make everything coherent, to make choices.
The black bar at the very top contains information that we tend to find in the footer, the logo is cropped when we scroll

Home Page

Objective > Take to the product sheets?

Lots of information, the hierarchy is unclear and there is no main action that stands out.

For example: “Share on Facebook to get 5%” should be offered later in the funnel. At this stage, I don’t yet know the proposed prices, product details, etc.

The second block “our achievements, our stores, custom prices” only offers secondary actions with the objective of conversion,

while the products have not yet been offered. I would like to reverse the product presentation frame and the three blocks.

The "discover our new" frame pollutes the reading and gives a rough side, while the products are presented just below. I think it does not generate many clicks and can be removed.

Click on “Make your quote online”

The very surprising result > Text block and a video. We expect a form, etc.

No CTA redirecting to the list of bodyguards, so after watching the video, we don't know what to do.

Category Page

Objective > Take the user to the sub-category pages. The sub-categories are presented directly, whereas we would like to be able to directly search for guardrail models by price, etc.

I imagine that many customers do not have a strong conviction about the type of product they want, especially within categories like "Glass Clamps";

where the values are not very understandable for a non-expert.

Pages under categories

Objective > Direct users to product sheetsText is very interesting for SEO, but the products must appear above the fold. It can be interesting to display just the top of the text, and to scroll it with a "read more".

One can easily choose options to segment products, especially by price.

Please note that depending on your target, you should only display the price excluding VAT or including VAT; presenting both makes reading more complicated. (edited)

Product Sheet

Objective > Generate “Product Configuration” The wording of the CTA “Configure the product” is not very clear, “Get a custom price” would perhaps be more effective?

The price displayed is now “From XXX”, which can be confusing.
