A recent survey carried out by Anatel indicates that VoIP could gain even more strength within the corporate environment.

A survey carried out by Anatel (National Telecommunications Agency), in which 82 thousand consumers from all over the country were interviewed, presented the users' view regarding the services provided by telephone, broadband and pay TV companies in the country.

According to the Satisfaction and Perceived Quality survey, carried out between email list usa June and December 2021, prepaid mobile telephony services topped the satisfaction indexes (with an average score of 7.82), while fixed broadband, on the other hand, came in last in the ranking, with an average of 6.88. In addition to these, postpaid mobile telephony services (average score of 7.39), fixed telephony (7.37) and pay TV (7.13) were also part of the survey. According to Anatel, still in 2022, the surveys will subsidize quality seals to be issued by the Agency to telecommunications providers.

In addition to the score, it is possible to measure and analyze the data that contributed positively to this result, such as, for example, the quality of information to the consumer in the case of prepaid mobile telephony and those that were detrimental to the result, such as the quality of service operation, with broadband having the worst evaluation in this regard.
